All transactions are subject to a non-refundable 0.75p transaction charge and non-refundable 10% booking fee (8% on family discount).

​All Thomas rides are approximately 5 minutes long except for the 10am train which is 25 minutes long and travels to Shelley station and back.
The event is open to visitors from 09:15 until 17:00.
​
All ticket holders are entitled to unlimited platform rides behind Thomas between 11:00 and 17:00.
